It is with delight that Bellarmine Wines and Pemberley announce the Bellarmine vineyard established by German owners, Willi and Gudrun Schumacher on an exceptional site located in the pristine, high quality cool climate region of Pemberton in the Southern Forests of Western Australia producing great wines since 2004; now passes into the hands of the Radomiljac family of Pemberley.
Bellarmine winemaker Dr Di Miller, said that she is proud the of Bellarmine’s achievements and pleased to assure their loyal wine customers that the stunning and adored Bellarmine Wines range will continue to be available from Bellarmine Wines and through current stockists.
With Pemberley renowned for their award-winning list of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Prosecco and traditional method sparkling Lustre, and Bellarmine Wines famous for Rieslings and the hero varieties of the Pemberton region of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, as well as Shiraz and Petit Verdot, the wines from this partnering are to be greatly anticipated.
Tyler Radomiljac said that for several years now the vines at Bellarmine have been managed by the Radomiljac family for the Schumachers, and he expressed excitement at the opportunity to build upon the impressive vineyard created by the Schumachers , Dr Miller and the vineyard staff over the years.
Pemberley and Bellarmine have proudly supported the Pemberton region over a quarter of a century through employment, sponsorships and events. This partnership will see continued growth and development of the capability of these iconic vineyards and wine brands of Pemberton. They have alongside each other proudly played vital roles over long histories of producing high quality, fabulously drinkable and collectible wines for many years and will continue to for years to come.
