2023 Paddock to Plate

Paddock to Plate: Saturday 2nd of December 2023

In a celebration of culinary excellence and regional produce, “Paddock to Plate” welcomed 64 esteemed guests, including the distinguished presence of The Honourable Jackie Jarvis MLC, Minister for Agriculture and Food, Small Business and Forestry, to indulge in an unforgettable dining experience.


The event, held at Pemberley of Pemberton in the heart of the Southern Forests region, spotlighted the diverse bounty and quality offerings that characterise this agricultural area. Showcasing a menu that incorporated the finest produce from the area, guests were treated to a gastronomic journey that encapsulated the essence of the region's seasonal harvest. Under the marquee, surrounded by grapevines, the guests enjoyed live music by local musician Helen Rose.

2023 Pass the Pinot

Pass the Pinot at Pemberley: Saturday 29th of April 2023.

Pass the Pinot is the opportunity to deep dive into the world of Pemberley Pinot Noirs. Guests take part in a vertical tasting of a wide range of our stunning Pinot Noir vintages, and enjoy other wines that showcase this fantastic grape. 

Guided by winemakers notes, vintage conditions and vintners comments, guests can make sense of the subtle differences over the years.

This seated dinner event was catered by a talented local chef, supplying picnic boxes overflowing with local produce, designed to be enjoyed under the stars.

The 2023 event was the third of its kind, and has built a reputation over the years as a premier food and wine destination event in the Southern Forests.

2022 Paddock to Plate at Pemberley

3rd December, 2022

In early December, we hosted our annual Paddock to Plate event at the Pemberley. The event featured a range of beef from Ryan's Quality Meats, paired with Pemberley wines and Tall Timbers craft beers. Guests were treated to live entertainment and a relaxed atmosphere, and the food was praised as outstanding, with the beef ribs being described as a standout.

Pemberley's award-winning wines were available for tasting and purchase, and the event highlighted our commitment to showcasing fine Southern Forests produce and creating a memorable experience for guests.

2022 Pass the Pinot

Sadly, the greater Pinot Picnic weekender event was cancelled due to COVID-19, but we decided to soldier on with our event! 

The second edition of Pass the Pinot occurred on 23rd of April, 2022, and was a delightful affair. 

Pemberley Pinot Noir wines were flowing, we chose to showcase our 2010, 2011, 2012, 2018, 2019 and 2021 wines along with our sparkling Lustre and Pinot Gris. 


Lisa, David & Monica hosted the evening, and walked the guests through the tasting notes, winemaker's report and vintage conditions of each wine.

The first ever 'Paddock to Plate at Pemberley' event hit Pemberton in December 2021!


We partnered with Stirling Ranges Beef to showcase the best that the south has to offer. Delicious high-quality meat served with delectable sides, paired perfectly with Pemberley wines. It was a stunning summer's-eve, there's no better way to enjoy the expansive vistas of the vineyard. We are aiming to run the event again in December 2022. 2021 Pemberley Wine and Truffle Experience

11am Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th June 2021

Join us for a Pemberley Wine and Truffle Tasting Experience! We'll wander past the vines to the trufferie along with our clever, trainee, truffle dog Rey. Learn about the complex relationship between tuber melanosporum (black truffle) and the trees, watch Rey sniff for truffles and hear about the industry. 

Enjoy a curated tasting of our most prized wines - our Sparkling Lustre, two vintages of Pemberley Chardonnay and two vintages of Pemberley Pinot Noir.  Complementing these wines will be Dave’s renowned farm produce seasonally enhanced with Black Truffle. Relax around the table and by the fire as we appreciate together the best nature shares with us.

2021 Pass the Pinot

The first ever Pinot Picnic took place from 22 to 25 April 2021, throughout the Southern Forests region of Manjimup and Pemberton.  A series of pinot-inspired events showcased premium local produce and varieties of renowned regional pinot, with deluxe hampers sent to domestic, interstate and international destinations.

Foodies, wine-lovers and romantics had the chance to sip, taste and explore this stunning corner of Western Australia across the four-day celebration.

The Southern Forests is Australia’s most exciting emerging wine region and the leading pinot region in WA, known for quality, expressive wines.  The region produces boutique, artisanal gourmet produce that are favourites among the world's top chefs and foodies, such as fresh local marron and black truffles.

Pemberley 'Pass the Pinot' event - Saturday 24th April

We uncorked some seriously special vintages of our famed Pemberley Pinot Noir in a curated vertical tasting over the course the exclusive evening.

Guests enjoyed a picnic-style dinner catered by local favourites Wild at Heart, while being serenaded by the relaxing sounds of a live acoustic band.

Come along to a night of laughter under the stars at Pemberley of Pemberton. We've organised Craig along with Sami Shah and Brendon Burns to entertain you before they head off for performances at the Busselton Fringe Festival.
